DEPOSIT POLICY

Kindly provide one of the following:

• Photo ID (You may cover your ID number and address — only your name and photo must be visible.)

• One active provider reference (within the last six months)

• Screenshot of your LinkedIn profile while signed in

If submitting Photo ID or LinkedIn verification, please send your image directly to hellostella.bookings@protonmail.com after completing this form.

All materials are used solely for verification purposes and are never stored or shared.

SCREENING

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date.

This amount is applied toward your session total. For first-time bookings, Interac e-Transfer is preferred and may be sent to hellostella.bookings@protonmail.com.

Bitcoin (BTC) or select gift cards may be considered upon request.

Dates are reserved only upon approval of screening and receipt of deposit.
